Plain words on what we collect, why, and who processes it for us.
Last updated 8 October 2026
Who we are
Sortup, based in Lahore, Pakistan, is responsible for the personal data collected through sortup.dev. Contact us at hello@sortup.dev.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: name, work email, company, role, and the project details you choose to share.
- How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (UTM source, medium and campaign), the referring site and the first page you landed on. These are stored with your submission, not in cookies; until then your browser keeps them in session storage, which clears when you close the tab.
- Booking details you give Cal.com when you schedule a call.
- The network (IP) address of your visit and the pages you view, which Leadfeeder matches to the company the network belongs to.
- If you ask us to stop contacting you, your email address, so we can keep that promise.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies. Leadfeeder, by Dealfront, identifies which companies visit the site from the network address of the visit, without cookies. We use it to see which businesses are interested in our work. Umami counts visits and form steps without cookies and without collecting personal data.
The Cal.com calendar runs inside its own frame and follows Cal.com's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Why we use it
To reply to your inquiry, prepare for and hold the call you asked for, and, if we work together, to run the project. Our basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, and in knowing which businesses visit our site.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel: Website hosting and server functions
- HubSpot: Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Cal.com: Scheduling fit calls
- Resend: Internal email alerts when you send a form
- Supabase: Database copy of form submissions
- Umami: Cookieless, aggregate website analytics
- Leadfeeder (Dealfront): Identifying the companies that visit this site, without cookies
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Opt-out records are kept for as long as we do outreach, because deleting them would undo the opt-out.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@sortup.dev and we will reply within one business day and act within 30 days. To stop outreach immediately, use the form on Why you heard from us.
