The challenge
Clinicians, hospitals and independent recruiters hire in different ways. Candidates need licenses and certifications on record, hospitals hire as teams across several sites, and agencies submit candidates they represent.
The solution
One platform with four portals. Clinicians keep profiles with licenses and certifications and apply in one click. Hospitals run multi-site teams, job listings and an applicant pipeline. Recruiters keep a private roster and submit the candidates they represent. Admins approve organizations and oversee the platform. React and Node.js on PostgreSQL with Prisma, with Clerk and JWT sign-in, Firebase push notifications, SendGrid email and Cloudinary file storage.
